Jennifer Pojedinec is a REALTOR® and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) whose journey into real estate has been shaped by a heart for serving people through some of life’s most important transitions.
With a background in Health Information Administration, experience in real estate investing, and time spent as a Visiting Angels caregiver, Jennifer brings a unique combination of organization, real estate knowledge, compassion, and practical experience to her clients.
It was through caring for seniors that Jennifer discovered a deeper sense of purpose. She found great joy in helping lighten the load for older adults and their families, especially when changing mobility, memory, family dynamics, or living arrangements create the need for a home transition.
Jennifer’s approach to serving others as a realtor was fostered as a Visiting Angel, summarized as A.N.G.E.L. Advocate, Nurturing, Goal-Oriented, Empathetic and Loving. She believes real estate is about much more than a transaction, it is about people, relationships, and helping families move forward with clarity, dignity and peace of mind.
