Erica Potter

Erica was introduced to the Real Estate industry at a young age as she witnessed her parents successfully design, build, flip, stage, and decorate homes in real estate markets throughout Texas, Tennessee, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Florida. She felt empowered (along with the support of her husband, Matt) to embark on her own adventure of staging and flipping a few of her own homes. After having a blast and achieving some success along the way, she knew pursuing a career in Real Estate was the natural next step. Erica is dedicated to serving her clients as their licensed realtor and décor consultant - helping to stage, sell, purchase, and decorate their own dream home! Erica also assists the Valor Realty team with marketing and website design.

Erica received her Associates Degree at Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, PA and her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Erica enjoys spending time at the lake with her husband Matt and three daughters, serving at her church, and restoring furniture.
